Contract rate is 4.59 percent \u2192 stress-tested rate = 6.59 percent. With $80,000 down on a 25-year amortization and $450\/month in other debts:<\/p><ul><li>Max payment from GDS = $9,167 \u00d7 0.39 \u2212 ($350 tax\/mo) \u2212 ($120 heat) = <strong>$3,105<\/strong><\/li><li>Max payment from TDS = $9,167 \u00d7 0.44 \u2212 $470 \u2212 $450 = <strong>$3,113<\/strong><\/li><li>Binding limit: ~$3,105.
