Pouvez-vous nous expliquer ce que cela signifie\u00a0?<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Melissa Dawn :<\/strong> Pour comprendre le coaching de performance d&#039;\u00e9quipe, il faut d&#039;abord comprendre que les \u00e9quipes \u2013 et dans le cadre de mon coaching, je parle d&#039;\u00e9quipes d&#039;entreprises de toutes tailles, de tous niveaux et de tous secteurs \u2013 fonctionnent comme un syst\u00e8me.<strong> Ce syst\u00e8me poss\u00e8de ses propres valeurs, forces, d\u00e9fis et r\u00e8gles non \u00e9crites qui r\u00e9gissent tout, de la mani\u00e8re dont l&#039;\u00e9quipe aborde les probl\u00e8mes \u00e0 la fa\u00e7on dont elle per\u00e7oit la direction, en passant par la mani\u00e8re dont elle interagit avec les clients, etc.<\/strong> Le syst\u00e8me est puissant et souvent, les personnes qui y travaillent et celles qui les entourent n&#039;en sont m\u00eame pas pleinement conscientes.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>MTLTips<\/strong>S\u2019ils n\u2019en sont pas conscients\u2026 Je veux dire, quand vous parlez de \u201c syst\u00e8me \u201d, ne parlez-vous pas de processus document\u00e9s ou de culture ?<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Melissa Dawn :<\/strong> Culturelle, oui, mais \u201c document\u00e9e \u201d, rarement. <strong>Ou du moins pas enti\u00e8rement, et ce sont souvent les aspects non document\u00e9s qui sont les plus puissants.<\/strong> Par \u201c\u00a0syst\u00e8me\u00a0\u201d, j\u2019entends un organisme vivant, presque \u00e9volutif, qui se d\u00e9veloppe \u00e0 partir de la combinaison de diff\u00e9rentes personnalit\u00e9s, de styles et d\u2019approches de leadership, de l\u2019environnement de travail global, de l\u2019histoire de l\u2019\u00e9quipe, de sa cr\u00e9ation, de sa place au sein de l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me organisationnel, des d\u00e9fis actuels et pass\u00e9s\u2026 Tous ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments convergent pour former le syst\u00e8me d\u2019\u00e9quipe. Comment cela se traduit-il concr\u00e8tement dans le cadre de ce concept syst\u00e9mique\u00a0?<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Melissa Dawn :<\/strong> Lorsque mes clients viennent me voir, ils ont presque toujours l&#039;impression d&#039;\u00eatre bloqu\u00e9s, ou de se heurter sans cesse aux m\u00eames difficult\u00e9s. <strong>Ils veulent aller de l&#039;avant, mais chaque nouveau processus mis en place ou chaque nouvelle approche essay\u00e9e se heurte aux m\u00eames probl\u00e8mes et le statu quo est maintenu.<\/strong> Quels que soient ces probl\u00e8mes \u2013 manque d&#039;engagement, conflits au sein de l&#039;\u00e9quipe, r\u00e9ticence \u00e0 l&#039;innovation, objectifs mal communiqu\u00e9s ou compris, n\u00e9gativit\u00e9, manque de motivation\u2026 \u2013 lorsqu&#039;un m\u00eame probl\u00e8me, ou un ensemble de probl\u00e8mes, vous freine constamment, c&#039;est en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 le syst\u00e8me qui est en cause. Il s&#039;agit d&#039;une caract\u00e9ristique du syst\u00e8me, int\u00e9gr\u00e9e et d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e avec l&#039;\u00e9quipe. Elle fait partie int\u00e9grante de l&#039;\u00e9quipe. Dans ce cas pr\u00e9cis, un nouveau processus ne suffira pas. Il est imp\u00e9ratif d&#039;en identifier les causes profondes afin d&#039;\u00e9liminer cette n\u00e9gativit\u00e9 et de permettre \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9quipe de progresser dans une direction plus forte.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>MTLTips\u00a0:<\/strong> \u00c7a para\u00eet logique, mais\u2026 concr\u00e8tement, \u00e0 quoi \u00e7a ressemble\u00a0? Comment \u00e7a se passe\u00a0? J\u2019imagine des s\u00e9ances de th\u00e9rapie de groupe, ou quelque chose comme \u00e7a\u00a0! (rires)<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Melissa Dawn :<\/strong> (Rires) Pas tout \u00e0 fait, mais il y a certainement une part d&#039;introspection. Croyez-le ou non, des \u00e9valuations quantitatives sont effectu\u00e9es. Je suis convaincu que ce qui est mesur\u00e9 est g\u00e9r\u00e9.<strong> C&#039;est un aspect fondamental du coaching de performance d&#039;\u00e9quipe. Les \u00e9valuations que j&#039;utilise ont \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ues et perfectionn\u00e9es au fil des ans par des coachs de haut niveau, des chefs d&#039;entreprise, des institutions de coaching et, oui, m\u00eame avec la contribution de th\u00e9rapeutes. Il ne faut pas oublier qu&#039;au final, nous travaillons avec des \u00eatres humains.<\/strong> Les \u00e9motions, les motivations et les instincts humains sont au c\u0153ur de ce processus. C&#039;est pourquoi une grande compassion est essentielle. Ces \u00e9valuations, qui mesurent concr\u00e8tement la situation actuelle de l&#039;\u00e9quipe (productivit\u00e9, engagement, satisfaction des employ\u00e9s, efficacit\u00e9 du leadership, collaboration, etc.), sont le point de d\u00e9part d&#039;un accompagnement en profondeur. Elles offrent une vision claire du fonctionnement actuel de l&#039;\u00e9quipe et un point de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour mesurer les progr\u00e8s. \u00c0 partir de l\u00e0, nous identifions les principaux d\u00e9fis, mais surtout, nous mettons en lumi\u00e8re les forces uniques de l&#039;\u00e9quipe et de chacun de ses membres. Je suppose que la croissance est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment important de ce processus\u00a0?<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Melissa Dawn :<\/strong> Un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel ! Quelle que soit la mani\u00e8re dont l&#039;\u00e9quipe fonctionne aujourd&#039;hui, elle s&#039;est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e ainsi gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 certains \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 nourris : id\u00e9es, convictions, habitudes, etc. De m\u00eame que les \u00e9l\u00e9ments n\u00e9gatifs peuvent \u00eatre aliment\u00e9s et d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s, les \u00e9l\u00e9ments positifs le peuvent aussi. <strong>Un aspect cl\u00e9 du coaching de performance d&#039;\u00e9quipe consiste donc \u00e0 identifier ces formidables opportunit\u00e9s de croissance.<\/strong> Il ne s&#039;agit pas seulement d&#039;\u00e9liminer la n\u00e9gativit\u00e9 ou les mauvaises habitudes. Il s&#039;agit de cultiver les forces de l&#039;\u00e9quipe afin que ses atouts se renforcent, que la confiance et l&#039;engagement grandissent, et que la collaboration et la r\u00e9solution cr\u00e9ative de probl\u00e8mes deviennent une composante naturelle de son fonctionnement. Or, de nombreuses \u00e9quipes peinent \u00e0 rester motiv\u00e9es. Quoi de plus motivant que de voir ses propres atouts ou ceux de son \u00e9quipe se d\u00e9velopper davantage\u00a0? Nous nous concentrons sur le d\u00e9veloppement de ces forces car c&#039;est l\u00e0 que r\u00e9side la plus grande valeur, mais aussi parce que cela stimule la motivation, l&#039;engagement et la productivit\u00e9 comme rien d&#039;autre.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>MTLTips\u00a0:<\/strong> \u00c7a a l&#039;air g\u00e9nial et presque inspirant, mais comment faire pour que les gens s&#039;y mettent vraiment\u00a0? Vous avez mentionn\u00e9 que les gens h\u00e9sitent \u00e0 essayer de nouvelles choses. Tout cela semble\u2026 tr\u00e8s nouveau\u00a0! Mais il n&#039;est pas n\u00e9cessaire que ce changement soit radical au d\u00e9part. <strong>Un autre \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 du coaching de performance d&#039;\u00e9quipe consiste \u00e0 guider les personnes afin qu&#039;elles aient les conversations difficiles qui s&#039;imposent. Je pense que nous pouvons tous nous identifier \u00e0 cela.<\/strong> Ces conversations, si nous pouvions les avoir ouvertement et sans jugement, en gardant notre calme et en parlant avec respect et compassion, pourraient vraiment changer les choses pour l&#039;\u00e9quipe et ouvrir des perspectives.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>MTLTips\u00a0:<\/strong> Oh oui, je comprends \u00e7a !<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>MARYLAND:<\/strong> Mais par o\u00f9 commencer, franchement ? Comment vont r\u00e9agir les autres si j&#039;ouvre la bo\u00eete de Pandore dont on parle sans trop r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir ?<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>MTLTips<\/strong>: Exactement!<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Melissa Dawn : <\/strong>C&#039;est l\u00e0 qu&#039;un bon coach peut faire toute la diff\u00e9rence. Car mener ces conversations n&#039;est pas une comp\u00e9tence inn\u00e9e chez la plupart d&#039;entre nous. En fin de compte, nous n&#039;avons tout simplement pas \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9s ainsi\u00a0! On nous conditionne d&#039;une mani\u00e8re ou d&#039;une autre \u00e0 \u00e9viter compl\u00e8tement ces \u00e9changes, ce qui ne fait qu&#039;engendrer toujours plus de blocages. <strong>Un bon coach aidera les gens \u00e0 apprendre des techniques pour aborder et mener ces conversations d&#039;une mani\u00e8re qui respecte la personne en face de lui, mais qui responsabilise \u00e9galement les gens \u2013 non pas en disant \u201c c&#039;est de votre faute \u201d, mais en disant \u201c creusons ensemble \u201d.<\/strong> Ce que j&#039;ai constat\u00e9, c&#039;est qu&#039;il suffit d&#039;une seule personne pour faire ce premier pas courageux. Une seule personne qui s&#039;approprie les techniques, l&#039;\u00e9tat d&#039;esprit et le d\u00e9fi, et qui se lance. Quand quelqu&#039;un fait cela, cela provoque un incroyable effet domino\u00a0! C&#039;est comme si cela donnait soudainement aux autres la permission de parler plus ouvertement et honn\u00eatement. Apr\u00e8s tout, on appelle \u00e7a du \u201c coaching de performance d&#039;\u00e9quipe \u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Melissa Dawn :<\/strong> Lorsqu&#039;on pense \u00e0 une \u00e9quipe englu\u00e9e dans des habitudes n\u00e9gatives ou limitantes, on imagine l&#039;\u00e9nergie consid\u00e9rable qui y est consacr\u00e9e. Qu&#039;il s&#039;agisse de pr\u00e9server les apparences, de composer avec des personnalit\u00e9s difficiles, d&#039;\u00e9viter de s&#039;exprimer, de peur du changement, de conflits avec les autres membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe, d&#039;un manque de clart\u00e9 sur les objectifs\u2026 quoi qu&#039;il en soit, cela \u00e9puise l&#039;\u00e9nergie des membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe. <strong>Lorsqu&#039;une \u00e9quipe parvient \u00e0 surmonter ces difficult\u00e9s et \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper pleinement ses points forts, ses performances vont tout simplement exploser.<\/strong> Toute cette \u00e9nergie auparavant gaspill\u00e9e dans des domaines improductifs peut d\u00e9sormais \u00eatre consacr\u00e9e au v\u00e9ritable travail d&#039;\u00e9quipe : atteindre les objectifs, stimuler l&#039;innovation et surmonter les obstacles. De m\u00eame qu&#039;une seule personne peut d\u00e9clencher un effet domino, l&#039;\u00e9quipe, en agissant ensemble, aura un impact positif sur l&#039;ensemble de l&#039;organisation. Nous avons \u00e9voqu\u00e9 la culture d&#039;entreprise. Il s&#039;agit de co-cr\u00e9er une culture de confiance, de respect et d&#039;ouverture, afin d&#039;\u00e9viter que les probl\u00e8mes ne deviennent des freins. Lorsque cette culture est instaur\u00e9e, que ce soit au niveau de l&#039;\u00e9quipe, individuel ou organisationnel, la performance atteint naturellement des sommets.
