CATS, whose mandate is to support professionals with lifelong career management skills and tools, aimed to help the people in need in our post-pandemic world.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The PowerSkills career summit was their answer to help people not get left behind and overcome new challenges when dealing with the adaptability of the new workforce.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Covid-19 accelerated the importance of soft skills in the job market and saw how increasingly vital they are to the changing job market. For those who don&#8217;t know, soft skills are skills that employers like to look for that are transferable from job to job.
