About Sollum Technologies
Sollum Technologies is a Montreal company that makes programmable LED grow lights for commercial greenhouses. Its lights recreate the qualities of sunlight indoors, and growers can adjust them to suit their crops and the season.
You will not buy a Sollum light for your balcony, but its technology can help greenhouses grow vegetables and plants through the dark months. That matters in Quebec, where winter days are short and much fresh produce is imported. Next time you pick up local greenhouse produce in January, it is worth knowing that Montreal engineers are working on how it grows.
