About Citadelle

Citadelle is a cooperative of Quebec maple producers, founded in 1925 and based in Plessisville, in the Centre-du-Québec region. Its members' sap becomes pure maple syrup and maple sugar, and the cooperative also offers honey and cranberry products.

Because it gathers many producers, Citadelle is an easy way to support Quebec's maple families through everyday groceries.
