About HumanWare
HumanWare is a company in Drummondville, in Centre-du-Québec, that makes devices for blind and low-vision people. Its products include braille displays, which turn on-screen text into touchable braille, and video magnifiers that enlarge printed text and images. These tools help people read, study and work more independently.
It suits people with vision loss, their families, teachers and the professionals who support them. If someone close to you is losing their sight, devices like these can make daily reading and computer use easier, so it is worth asking a vision rehabilitation service about them. HumanWare is also a proud example of specialized technology made in a Quebec town.
