This ranking looks at how well countries promote, cultivate and support entrepreneurship as a means of developing such models.

Oh, Canada! USNews, in partnership with Y&R Bav and The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton business school, has recently published the results of their annual Best Countries rankings. And Canada is looking pretty good!
The annual report looks at 80 countries around the world, ranking them in 9 main categories.
The Global Need to Human-Centric Economic Growth
The Global Economic Forum recently called out trends suggesting that current economic models are not adequately serving the global population and that there is a need for “new models of human-centric economic progress.”

Canada ranked seventh, which is pretty good, and we can’t help but feel a bit of Montreal pride in that our beloved city has a vibrant entrepreneurial scene. We hope this ranking inspires more Montrealers to follow their dreams and contribute to this amazing trend in global economic development!
