Life-Changing Experiences

There are some experiences that are fundamentally life changing. Experiences that open your eyes to new perspectives and change the way you see the entire course of your life.

Montreal based Author, certified naturopath and healer

Montreal based Irene Andrejczuk, a certified naturopath and healer who, through her Montreal based Optimum Health Clinic, helps women find solutions to hormonal challenges and to know “that it is possible to live a life of optimal health and vitality” had just such an experience when she became her mother’s caregiver.

Her journey

Her journey into caregiving brought her to a new understanding of life and brought her many gifts that helped her to live a more balanced and meaningful life. Through caregiving, she learned to be more present, to live in the moment and to experience life from a whole new perspective.

And now she is sharing that experience and the profound lessons she learned, as well as the experiences and insights of other caregivers, in her book, Caregiving: A Journey of the Heart – Stories to feed the Spirit and nourish the Soul, which is set to launch this Thursday, July 19.

Caregiving can be a challenging experience and can often feel isolating. If you are:

  • Caring for a loved one

  • Feeling the pressure and weight of that responsibility

  • Looking for real guidance and compassion from people who have been there

Is this book for you?

Then this book is for you. This book will draw you into a supportive, loving and insightful community of caregivers, through stories and lessons that only someone who’s been there can truly understand.
