Montreal Based Author Book Release | The Camino Within
Ready to Take the Camino Within? | Feature
embark on a journey of self-discovery
When Montreal Tips founder, Tarek Riman, found himself with everything he ever wanted (or thought he wanted), but still feeling unfulfilled and generally unhappy with life, these are some of the questions he asked himself. Without clear answers, he realized he needed a major change of scenery to get clarity.
He decided to literally leave it all behind – his job, home, comforts and even relationships – to embark on a journey of self-discovery.
One of the fruits of that endeavour is Tarek’s first book, The Camino Within, which is set to launch August 2018.
The Journey
pilgrimage-by-bike along the Camino de Santiago
In his debut book, Tarek takes you with him on his pilgrimage-by-bike along the Camino de Santiago, an 800 KM trek through mountains, villages, highways, tough terrain and a myriad of experiences and encounters. Along the way, he uncovers deep truths about life – what we need, what we believe, why we believe it and what we’re truly capable of. In the end, his journey not only takes him from Saint Jean de Pied de Port to Finisterre, but also back to his true self.
Camino
“Camino” is a Spanish word meaning “way”. Tarek found his way by leaving everything behind. But you don’t have to. This book guides you through the lessons Tarek uncovered throughout his travels so that you can take your own Camino Within… or perhaps plan your own excursion through the unknown!
Countdown to the official launch.
You can preorder The Camino Within here. Profits from the first 200 books sold will go to UNHCR (UN Refugee Agency).
